Ghost Ship is a mandatory second story mission of Episode 2 of the AMC Squad. You play as Micky.

Mission Summary[]

A highly advanced prototype EAF airship has lost contact but continues to fly on its own. It seems that this is due to the fact that EAF are continuing their research similar to that AMC Team discovered in the Megabase. Micky Crisp was sent to investigate the airship.

Gameplay[]

EAF Research Base
Grab the plug key and use it. Go into the locker room control room and hit the switch. Head to the left door, then go to the left room and then to the right. The prisoners will be freed. Backtrack to that area, but take the door next to it that's 1/3 open. Slide underneath, but give yourself distance as you might slide right into the explosion. Make your way to the reactor and activate the computer. After fighting off the ambush, take the teleporter in the middle.

Ghost Ship
Head out of the window and walk around the edge of the ship. Watch out for the thrusters. Eventually you will find a window to break into. Hit the switch inside and head back out. Back in the control room, head down the shaft. Go to the far right, climb the ladder to a lab with brains and grab the red keycard. Make your way to the hallway. Go left to the room full of barrels. Shoot the barrels to blow a hole in the floor and crawl down the vent. This will lead to another room with a huge laser cannon. Hit the switch behind the desk to transfer it to the deck. There's also C4 here you can use to blow up the door in the hallway leading to a large multi-stacked lobby. Go the second floor and open the red door. Grab the toolbox from the kitchen. Return to the lobby and across, fix the switch, then go upstairs. Go left into the bar. Head right to the room with the water containers. Jump into the last one and grab the blue keycard (watch out for the Lost spirits ambush!). Head back down and use this keycard in the forcefielded room.

Go outside. The sky will change - the airship and you are in the Abyss dimension now. Head left and take the elevator. Wrap around and go inside the ship to a yellow area. Go left to a large square meeting room. Pass this to offices. Look around the bronze key on a desk. Use it to open the chief office and get the green keycard. Go back out to the yellow room and open the green door. Go outside and use the zipline to get to the front of the airship and grab the yellow keycard. Backtrack to the top and open the yellow door. Go to the main control panel and then shoot the Precog Brain behind. Suddenly, a huge monster will appear and will try to destroy the airship. To fight it, you'll need to hit the switch for the huge laser cannon and missiles to fire. Every time you shoot the laser, more enemies will spawn. Fight the fiends and hit the switch again and again until you defeat the colossal demon.

Secrets[]

There is 1 secret in the EAF Research Base

  1. At the start of the EAF base, hit the switch behind you to open the shutters, then to the left of where the plug key goes is a monitor you can press to turn off the forcefields on the windows. Kick out a window, climb up the rocky area and take the ramp down to a glass ceiling and some of Micky's Nitrogen Bombs.

There are 3 secrets in the Ghost Ship.

  1. At the start of the Ghost ship, when you head up the window and to the left. Break the window at the very end to find spirit armour.
  2. On the 3rd floor above the cafeteria, kick one of the vents.
  3. When the sky goes red and you open the green door, use the zipline on the edge of the right side to a floating platform with lots of supplies.

Weapons & Artifacts[]

  1. Meson Cannon (Weapon, Micky): Found in the briefcase, located in the lab in which you can find the red keycard and some Precognition Brains.
  2. Longslide (Weapon, Micky): Located in the captain's quarters near his body and diary. You can open this room by activating an eye switch in the hellish looking room nearby.

Research projects[]

  1. Nutrient Solution: Found on the table in the laboratory.
  2. Heat/Night Recharging Battery: Found on the table in the laboratory.

Evidence/Lore[]

  • Captain's diary: Lying near the Longslide and the captain's body in his quarters.

Other Items of interest[]

Micky Chibi
  • In the captain's room, there's a bookshelf facing towards the bed. On the side of the bookshelf there is a switch, press it and a picture will raise, revealing a Chibi of Micky in the S.M.A.R.T. Suit.


Trivia[]

  • The map originally was to have a static ship and not a moving one.
  • The ghost ship itself is inspired by the Helicarrier from Marvel Comics Avengers, the Valient ship from Doctor Who and to a lesser extent, the Sky Deck level from Sonic Adventure.
  • The map was originally going to be for Geoffrey owing to the character not having any Episode 1 missions, before the Micky C character was added.
  • At one point it was planned that the airship would crash into the ocean, and there was even code added to transform the TROR into water.
