This is Rusty Nails' default slot 7 weapon, the Dart Bomb Gun.

Loadout Description

This gun fires darts that explode when the alt-fire button is pressed.

ALT-FIRE: Detonate dart

Gameplay

A dart gun built from a VP70 frame; fires small high-explosive darts that stick to a target and explode when triggered. Can also fire flame-darts that shoot a ring of fire from it's centre that is good against organic targets and especially effective against chitin.

This Dart Bomb is a surprisingly versatile weapon, capable of planting devious traps, tackling stronger foes (provided they're not fully armoured, mechanical or supernatural) and more. A fine use is to hit the tall guy in the back and let the explosion hit the fun guys in front.

There is no limit to how many dart bombs can be placed, and since they can be placed on enemies and environment alike and do a tremendous amount of damage, it's up to the user to decide when and how it all goes down.

Upgrades

There are no upgrades for the Dart Bomb.

The appearance of this weapon is based on a HK VP70 with stock.
