Location[]
This project is found in the Megabase reactor room filled with Protector Drones, near the red keycard (opposite the room's own Universal Constructor). Once researched, it will appear in the same corridor as the research console.
Gameplay[]
This project is needed for research on anything using alien or supernatural materials. As many of the more useful upgrades thus require this, it is good to research this as soon as possible.
